Describe the bug
HA updated from 0.117 to 0.118 this night and I noticed that my shelly entities were all unavailable.
I was about to post that the shelly integration broke, but then I figured why not try another reboot. The entities became available.
So no big issue. I just thought to mention it for others or maybe the devs, since this never happened in previous HA version upgrades for me.
