Incorrect state of switch #546

Hi, I have an issue introduced with version V0.2.2 where even if the power is off to a ShellyEM, therefore, the state should be unavailable however the state is on.

Same problem here with Shelly Dimmer 2. As soon as the Shelly looses power the state in HA changes to on.
