Unable to delete uninstalled shelly devices

• Last working ShellyForHASS release (if known): n/a
• Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 2021.9.7
• Operating environment (Home Assistant/Supervised/Docker/venv): Home Assistant VM

Describe the bug

I replaced some shelly 1pm but i don't understand how to remove the older devices from shellyforhass configuration. I can only disable them.

have you configured your devices in configuration.yaml or in the UI?

Myself, I have them all listed in configuration.yaml and there I can simply delete the corresponding entries.

im also unable to delete devices and entities from a broken shelly that i do not want to use anymore. Only can disable it. I have them on config yaml discovered by ip

Hi, I also have the same issue. I physically removed a Shelly Dimmer (and deleted it from the Shelly App), it is showing as "Unavailable" in the UI and I am unable to delete it.

Like the above, I have disabled it (and renamed it so I don't forget its no longer active).

It would be great to be able to delete an entity and then let auto-discovery re-discover it if it ever comes back online.

I switched to native integration and now I can remove Shelly’s devices ;)
