[BUG] Shelly 2PM Roller (Cover) function not available in Homeassistant

Shelly 2 PM does not expose cover functionality

Steps to Reproduce

Expected behavior

Expose the Cover (roller) functionality of the shelly 2PM, like the Shelly 2.5 already does. Shelly 2.5:

EDIT: Resolved mine after I rebooted the Shelly.

I have the same issue with 2 new Shelly Plus 2PM's I am using.

Cover function works fine using the integrated web page of the Shelly. Tried upgrading from the Shelly firmware 0.10.3 to the 0.11.0-beta2, but that makes no difference. Also tried using MQTT, but that gave me even less sensors in HA.

Same for me too. The Shelly plus 2 pm has been not seen as a Cover.

Badly needed to see it as a Cover within HomeKit.

I was very annoyed by this problem so I went through painful process where I uninstalled Shelly2HASS and used native Shelly plugin available now in HA. I had to change entity ids in most of my automations as their names are different from those generated by Shelly2Hass. But other than that, everything works like a charm and my 2PM is displayed correctly as cover.

Me tooI completely uninstalled shelly4hass integration and started with the native one.Now all it is fine and work properlyIt is not possible to wait for months for a change.. Same here, completly deleted this integration and used the one that HA provides.

Everything works like a charm now!

I think we can close this thread now and say goodbye to ShellyForHass

They wont fix this issue, so I switched to the HA official integration.
