[FR] Add support for New Shelly "Plus" Plug US

The new Shelly Plus Plug US needs support added. The old Shelly Plugs look identical but were junk and locked up constantly. They finally released a new version and my order from months ago finally shipped but it uses the Plus firmware and is not detected by the Integration

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support for the device. Let me know if any log files are need to do so. If you need an actual device please let me know I will order one and have shipped to you. These are great cheap options for power monitoring of devices.

Not replacing the existing devices until support is added
