Shelly Plus HT USB powered being added with battery entity #748

I have three Shelly Plus HTs in hass. All three are running firmware version 0.13.0 and are powered by USB. Two show 8 entities (temp, humidity, reboot, beta firmware, firmware, cloud, rssi, and uptime). One shows 4 entities (temp, humidity, battery, and cloud). I tried removing the one HT, rebooting hass, factory resetting the HT. Same result every time, gets added with 4 entities.

Do you know if there are any errors in the log? Do RSSI, uptime, etc show correct values?

RSSI and uptime are disabled. I did enable "cloud" and that works. I'm more interested in why the one HT is only added with 4 entities including battery when it's powered by USB just like the other two. I'll remove the problem HT, clear the log, and re-add it tomorrow to see what the log says.

I am not seeing a thing when adding the problem HT. Is there a way to enable debug logging just for the Shelly integration?
