[BUG] Total consumption too high

Environment

• ShellyForHASS release with the issue: 1.0.2
• Last working ShellyForHASS release (if known): started with 1.0.2
• Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 2023.3.6
• Operating environment (Home Assistant/Supervised/Docker/venv): HassOS with Supervisor (on Intel NUC)

Describe the bug

Steps to Reproduce

I've just added the 3EM to Shelly4Hass.

Expected behavior

The total consumption should raised based on the effectivly used energy. (also if it is total increasing)

I have the same problem. Shelly in the application shows 10.45kwh for the boiler and 109.76kwh in the HA. I would like it fixed. I have about 10 plugs and sockets and each shows a negative value. Thank you
