Question regarding the data files. #17

Hi,

I am MS data science student and having difficulties in dealing with data. I have downloaded the datasets from Gene Expression Omnibus and from Visium 10x sites as described in the paper, but they are not in the .RDS format. Specifically I can not find the labels in the downloaded datasets. Please guide me in this regard.

@umar1196 Hi there, I would recommend you ask the authors that released the data in GEO.
