The class wdi_core.wdi_helpers.PubmedItem appears to be deprecated, and a series of other functions are now available.
However, the class is mentioned in the README page.
Just writing the issue to register this.
By the way, I am writing a little tutorial for adding articles to Wikidata via Wikidata Integrator, also, I can post it here whenever it is complete.
