Create email confirmation after users sign up in Mark2Cure #117

Once users register for Mark2Cure, they should receive an email (from Mandrill) indicating that they're registered to use Mark2Cure, and that they are now subscribed to the Mark2Cure mailinglist. The email should contain information on how they can unsubscribe or change their subscription preferences.

What are the fundamental aims of this? Email verification, account creation confirmation (meaning they can't login until this has been completed), just a friendly hello, or subscription preferences
