GHR and DID bots #47

GHR bot is ready and can be scheduled--addresses https://github.com/SuLab/GeneWikiCentral/issues/42

DID bot is also ready but is in need of input from community on how to best handle the references--addresses https://github.com/SuLab/GeneWikiCentral/issues/113.
