Documentation for the CGI bot is missing. #49

Jenkins is maintaining a variety of bots. The documentation of the individual bots could be improved. This issue is to work towards better documentation about the CGI bot, which could also act as a template for the other bots. The documentation should include a(mong other things) a description of the bot, the schema on Wikidata, mapping between the schema and the original source.
