Let me know if everything is as it should be. I based most of the code on existing bots.

Thanks @JacobsonMT , The latest release will always be at http://www.chibi.ubc.ca/Gemma/phenocarta/LatestEvidenceExport/AnnotationsByDataset/GWAS_Catalog.tsv ? Should that be used as the argument to --gwas-url in GeneDiseaseBot.py?

Yes, that will be the latest release and should be the argument for --gwas-url (or downloaded using the contrib dumper and used with --gwas-path?)
