Owner: Organizing all the staff and management in a restaurant can be a difficult task, however with this program you can find it easy to create and organize employees by the work that they do and the position that they have. You can also easily create and add products well organized into categories and then track the performances of both your workers, tables and products.
Waiter: Before we implemented this program, if a customer made a specific order with custom topics, we had to write the specifications on the paper, or tell the chef personally what the customer ordered, which has led to some miscommunications in the past, since it is hard to communicate during rush hours. However, with the implementation of this program, we can specify which topics we want added or removed from the time we place the order, and this effectively removed the need to physically communicate with the chef or the barista, removing confusion and delays.
Waiter: Usually when going to a table to take a customer’s order, we have a process. Firstly, you grab an ash tray, then you go to the restaurant’s computer near the cocktail table to place the order there, then you must wait in queue to print the order in small sheets of paper, after which you leave one at the cocktail table and walk to the kitchen and leave the order there if there is a food order to be made. However, with the help of the program, we can place the order from the table which we are waiting on, and by the time we reach the cocktail table, the order is ready and ready to be delivered shortening travel time and waiting time.
Owner: This program allows you to edit and change details of the program to very high levels, that is why it is a good thing that in the admin panel, you have a shortened manual with which you can learn all its functions and details to make sure that you use the program to its fullest potential. Combined with an easy user interface, leads to a great experience from my perspective.

You have the so called “quick products” which are an organized grid of products based on their categories, and if you can’t find it there, you can use the search bar to find the product you are interested in.
Chef: As head chef you must make sure that every order is fulfilled correctly, and make sure that the kitchen is working smoothly, which a lot of the time is a difficult task to manage, especially when rush hour comes, and chaos breaks lose. But now with the help of this app. We just need to look at our monitor, and instantly know what order we need to fulfil, and that helps us with coordination and personally helps me with focusing more on the quality of the food.
