My TodoItems its not populating #3

Is it only public ObservableRangeCollection Items { get; set; } i can use bcoz with public ObservableRangeCollection TodoItems { get; set; } is not populating. below is my view:

Am it doing any thing wrong?

Your code sample is all busted. Please post a full and workable example.
