Upgrade flutter_svg #1235

There isn't any reason to keep an old flutter_svg version.

So I encourage to upgrade it.

As I can see, package owners are not going to do anything with this issue. So I guess it would be better to fork and upgrade flutter_svg version by myself.

1176 addresses the package update. Follow that PR for updates
