KoTH Timezones and Scheduling #111

Hey there,

I know this issue has been reported on but I thought putting in my own two cents worth would perhaps be necessary.

I've had an issue with KoTHs running at the same time even when they're not scheduled to be. and the timezones do not change the time and date displayed in /koth schedule. I've attempted different time zones and have attempted to use the minute offset but have had no luck.
