MvdW Placeholders are not parsing #132

Hi,

I am trying to use MvdW Placeholders on Featherboard with Koth but for some reason they're not parsing, MvdW is not even recognizing the Koth plugin and loading the placeholders..

Yeh i do have the same issue but the developer of this plugin is really inactive so it wont be fixed probably
