Cannot Capture Koth , FactionUUID #139

Can't seem to capture the koth , I followed the insturctions here : http://dev.thomasvdbulk.nl/KoTH/faq#capture

But It doesn't let me capture..

Tagging The Dev As there seems to be other people with the same issue , Issues aren't answered for more than 2 - 3 months.

For anyone having this issue, it's caused by FactionsUUID making a binary-incompatible change to Faction#getOnlinePlayers. The method now returns a List instead of ArrayList.

To get a working version of KOTH, you only need to recompile the source. KOTH does not rely on the List being specifically an ArrayList. To do this, you may need to collect the dependencies of KOTH (or strip out the ones you don't need).

and can you tell us where to put KOTH dependencies (jar files)? Compiling using ubuntu, maven

Search the web for how to add a jar file as a dependency using Maven - there are plenty of answers on the topic and you will learn by doing it.
