Vanilla scoreboard removed when KoTH start #3

I'm using an OBJECTIVES SCOREBOARD to display player's health below their name, However when a KOTH start, the scoreboard get removed for no reasons.

Can you fix that please ? 💯

Having compatibility between two scoreboards is very hard to do. I'll give it another go soon, but it is not a high priority for me currently :S
