[Bug] BackGround Wallpaper Button in Theme cannot be displayed when switching themes #195

When I switch the theme from WhiteOnBlack to BlackOnWhite, the BackGround Wallpaper will not show up, and I somehow manage it by change the BackGround Wallpaper button color
