Describe the bug 4 option not function, Question D contain answer and 4 option

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior To solve the problem, last version are better with 3 option
