Settings: Page title and selection in index not updated when using PageUp/PageDown

In the TortoiseSVN's settings,

when using the PageUp and PageDown keys to change the settings page,

the page title and index selection don't update accordingly,

but remain where they were before using those keys.

Expected behavior is that the settings page, selection in index and page title 
are always consistently synchronized, also when using the PageUp and PageDown 
keys.
