Translation and GUI improvements #1

Added Spanish (Latin America) translation; added support for Paraguay iTunes Store; fixed and added some missing tooltip and accessibility descriptions for consistency; translated "season" and other strings for Argentina, Spain, Mexico, Brazil and Portugal from the iTunesStores json file; translated other missing translations from the localization files and added Italian, French and Spanish translation for "Chapter" which is programmatically added to chapters names; fixed issues with layout constraints causing text to not display correctly in no-english languages; improved minor design details.

Translation should be first uploaded to https://explore.transifex.com/subler/ , if not it's a mess to sync things.

OK, but there were strings that required changes to the classes (like my last commit or the chapter names) and those were the first changes I carefully made. Also, I didn't just add a language, I fixed some translations and added missing translations. That said, I just checked the link and saw that there are unapproved requests for translations into Spanish, Spanish (Latin America), Portuguese (Brazil) and other languages.

Sorry for the delay, I've merged the ratings and the localizations that were on transifex. The xib files had some conflicts with some recent changes, so if you see some truncated label please open a new PR.
