Hi, yes Subler tries to avoid storing an unnecessary large artwork, to avoid bloating the file and I think there is nothing that display the artwork at a large size at the moment. But maybe the resolution could be increased a bit.
I did notice it when adding the files to the TV app and then displaying them on an Apple TV (through the Computer app) : the posters are quite pixelated when displayed on the carousel. So it’d be super great to be able to change the resolution ! Maybe a setting that allows people to chose between different max resolutions (instead of always resizing at the same one) ?
thanks !

Plex does use the artwork downloaded by Subler.
I also noticed this behavior and had to download all hi-res via bendodson's site. Would love to have a setting for this, as the advantage of Subler over bendodson's site is that with Subler you can directly download local covers (i.e. covers in selected languages)!
Hi !
When looking metadata up for TV shows, I usually select the Apple TV poster. But I've noticed it's download in a quite low resolution.
With the latest season of Snowpiercer for example, the artwork is 800 x 450.
But chekcing with an other tool that allows to download posters from Apple TV (https://bendodson.com/projects/apple-tv-movies-artwork-finder/) it seems there's a much higher resolution available (3840x2160px)
Could there be a setting that allows the download of HD posters when available ? (If there's a reason to download lower resolutions in the first place)
Thanks !
