I don't know if we should bake this in, depends on how long these flags are around. ... but you can probably do this manually already by using the args
https://www.sublimelinter.com/en/latest/linter_settings.html#args setting. For example "args": ["source=$file"]"
or source-path=$file_path
should work.
Shellcheck's supports the
SCRIPTDIR
special value in itssource
andsource-path
to find sourced files in shell scripts. this doesn't seem to work in SublimeLinter-shellcheck.As far as I can tell this is because the plugin passes the contents of a file to shellcheck's stdin, and not the path itself.
This could be fixed either by passing the file path itself, or by using shellcheck's
-P
/--source-path
option.
