How to install? #716

Couldn't find anything in the readme how to install this plugin. Did I miss it or is it missing?

Command Palette > Package Control: Install Package...

MarkdownEditing is not listed in Package Manager. I'm using the latest version of Sublime Text.

EDIT: ...because I already installed it. PEBCAK!
