Add Typst icon

Description

Rebased PR on develop branch (and closed previous one targeting master branch). Reduced the icon size to 14x14 px (centered in the 16x16 px area). Reduced the t height to 10 px inside that 14x14 icon. Tinted the t in white to have a closer match to Typst. Round corners (best according to my wife).

Motivation and Context

Provide a Typst icon.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on my machine solely, with the empty _file_typetypst.typ provided in the tests folder
