Key Bindings - User menu option opens *default* key bindings file #109

Very happy AdvancedNewFile user. One minor problem:

Preferences > Package Settings > AdvancedNewFile > Key Bindings - User

opens up the main default user key-bindings. This is the same file as with

Preferences > Key Bindings - User

Please fix :)

Hi, this is intentional. The key bindings are all merged from the files with that name.
