Package Control, open the Python Console (ctrl+' or cmd+`) and paste the following into it:

It's very unclear where that is happening. In ST2? In Bash? Neither of those do what is expected.

Edit: OK it's in ST2 but I think the readme should clarify that. In case you're wondering, I first saw ST2 10 minutes ago :)

in Sublime text yeah, to install package manager right?
