Do you have an override for CSS.sublime-syntax
? PD relies on the version bundled with ST.
No. I deleted the cache for the CSS and PackageDev packages. The contexts do exist in CSS.sublime-syntax.
I think this is sublime's issue, the syntax highlighting was, for a moment, correct but then it failed.
Can you show me the results of sublime.find_resources("CSS.sublime-syntax")
in the console? Do you have the CSS3 package installed? Can you reproduce in safe mode (just install PC and PD there)?
I reinstalled windows, I don't experience this anymore.

I didn't try back then.
