replace erratic Unicode char from <author> string. #150

Replaced the ó in López. Same character, but from F3 to C3B3. Was causing this error among other things:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf3 in position 219: invalid continuation byte
