update `Spacegray` to support sidebar icons

Icons are from default / Soda / a download from a user of the sublime text forum.

Note: My Sublime Text messed up with tabs and spaces (at least I think so), but the only things I've changed are starting after the "sidebar group open" ending before "STANDARD TEXT BUTTONS". The 3 groups on the very bottom to "fix" an issue were removed as well. Best is to reindent or copy my changes I guess.

Edit: Another change: https://github.com/kkga/spacegray/pull/129/files#diff-9d824ee2f566389f0300495f2fc2745fR750, it makes the search bar look quite nicely :)

@pongstr Yeah, I've added them!. Sadly, I'm not a designer, I just wanted the new features and to provide a "base" for @kkga. I also know the tint on the icons is not really great... but if I remove the tint the folder and the file type icons are hurting my eyes. It's up to kkga to find something nice :) However, I've changed it a bit for now. I think it's (a bit) better now. Check it out @ https://github.com/kurtextrem/spacegray/releases/tag/1.3.0-beta.3

Ah the source: http://www.sublimetext.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15971&start=20#p60086. This is another great theme with file icons: https://github.com/ctf0/Seti_ST3. The new version includes the one from seti, mixed with https://github.com/pryley/soda-theme and https://github.com/facelessuser/Aprosopo/tree/master/icons.
