Get into Dash user-contributed docs. #12

Basically, increase discoverability by showing up in Dash search results.

As a quick note, I want to wait for the docs (and ST4) to be publically released before also publicizing the docset. Depends on #2.

This is done.

Depends on #2.

We don't have automated builds, yet, though.
