insertIntoManagedObjectContext: isn't provided, so I'm doing some crude stuff that adds the method. This could be genercized, except the entity name isn't the class name.
Some classes I had to override the generated selector, so those don't participate in codegen for now. The rest are marked category (so we can do codegen for the properties but add our own code to the class).
