Among Us compatibility on Xbox #163

Hi I have the xbox game pass for the pc and I just downloaded among us, i wanted to install the famuos Submerged map, but I noticed that it isn't compatible on the xbox app. Please can u become compatible the Submerged map even with the Xbox app

Hey there,

Sorry we can't.

The underlying modding tools that submerged depends on only work on PC. As much as we would like to, it is outside our capacity to implement Submerged on any other platform, such as mobile or consoles.

@Bro-186 actually I missed you said "for pc". If you are running among us on PC, it should already be possible. I'm not familiar with the xbox game pass for pc landscape though

Feel free to send something, if it's something simple maybe we can point you in the right direction to get it running.

But if it doesn't work at all, like I mentioned above, Submerged relies on BepInEx. BepInEx is another program that allows us to inject our mod into Among Us. We aren't the developers of BepInEx so we can't change where it can and can't work. So if it happens to be the case that it doesn't work in the Xbox gamepass environment we can't do anything about that.

Microsoft detects the mod files and stops the game from running so it isnt possible

Sorry @Bro-186 with Microsoft actively blocking modding on xbox gamepass there is nothing we can do.
