Not sure the feasibility on this, but currently if a call times out for some reason it blocks the whole bot from operating. Example:

Sonarr backend service failing for some reason.
User makes a request in a TV channel to call Sonarr.
Request takes some amount of time to timeout. During this timeout, user makes another request in Movies channel.
Second request does not process until the first request fully times out.
Subsequent requests in TV channel also do not process.

Need to look at it and see if we can make simultaneous calls or something.
