Adding Modlist Tab to view all Loaded Mods #274

Sometimes people get confused why not all Mods are showing up in the Ingame Mod Menu. So i added a List of all Mods loaded to the Game. Also it displays the current QModManager Version.

Also i fixed a small error on the Store Detector.

Made a third major Change. As long there is no other Change Request this can be merged from my side. There is nothing i want to add currently. Otherwise i will make a other PR for that. (speaking for the Modlist Feature)
