As a shop owner, I can disable multicurrency support #1368

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently multi-currency support is enabled by default however a shop owner may not want to accept currency other than their primary currency.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update get_geo_currency_code to be conditional on geodetection being enabled/not (and introduce ability to turn off geo detection.

As a shop owner, I can disable multicurrency support, specifying my primary (only) currency
