Problem: Sometimes people begin to sign-up, enter their name/contact details (step/route new_customer), but do not attempt a payment (checkout flow) (also known as a dropout/funnel loss. When this happens, Subscribie confusingly marks these 'subscribers' as:

Refresh subscriptions now

When the person has made zero payment attempts, mark them as such and/or at the very least don't show the confusing/misleading "There may be a delay in processing a recent transaction, please check back later or Refresh subscriptions now" message.
