As a shop owner I see the subscriber name and email address of the new subscriber in the new subscriber email notification

Currently, the new subscriber notification email only reads "you have a new subscriber!". https://github.com/Subscribie/subscribie/blob/47aa5437e6327f0f387415988c413fc6274af858/subscribie/notifications.py#L12

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

As a shop owner I see the subscriber name and email address of the new subscriber in the new subscriber email notification.

Additional context

The shop admin should have the option to only enable the name and email to be included via shop admin email settings.
