No error in Processing but still no depth image #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output of simple library example 'depth image' is a split screen in
which I can see RGB and depth image. I get the RGB image but only a black depth
image. But also does not output "cannot open depth image" to console. Just
black (enough light, enough distance)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.26 , Processing 1.5, Mac OSX Lion 10.7.3, XboX360 Kinect sensor with
USB/power supply adapter cable

Please provide any additional information below.

I solved the problem! Very simple actually. I had to unplug my Line6 sound card
from the other USB port and everything worked fine. Just sad that this will
make it difficult using the Kinect for any projects involving sound input or
output, at least with external sound card.

I have this same issue. I'm running OSX 10.7.4 on a mid-2010 MBP 13" with 8GB
RAM. I have only got the Kinect plugged in, and I've tried using both ports
without success :(

I solved it by unplugging my audio device (line6) from the other USB port,
seemed to mess with the Kinect.
