Can't install NiTE enclosed in install .zip #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start with clean Win7 x64
2.Download OpenNI_NITE_Installer-win64-0.27
3.Install OpenNI version 1.5.4.0 enclosed
4.Attempt to install NiTE enclosed in .zip

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
does not install - Error 'Please install OpenNI version 1.5.0.1 or higher'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Any idea how I can fix this error? Thanks!
