[Feature Request] Plugin to translate British English to American English #176

There is currently a plugin, "American English to British English". Please create a plugin that is the opposite, "British English to American English". This requested plugin might even be able to use the same dictionary or dictionaries, just in reverse.

I am willing to be a tester for such a plugin.
