In plugin Word spell check source code the plugin version is 1.2

In download version is 1.1????

The download version is outdated?

ivandrofly commented 9 years ago

@marb99 Word Spell check is still on development :wink:

marb99 commented 9 years ago

@ivandrofly ok.

version 1.1 and 1.2 does not correct all errors.

I tried the word spell check of subtitleworkshop 6.0b and correct all without fail.

another issue:

Word Spell check not detect my "pt_PT_names_etc" list

and if add new word to the list in SE create a new file "pt_PT_names_etc_user" so which file is correct?

"pt_PT_names_etc" or "pt_PT_names_etc_user"?

in souce code the filename is pt_PT_names_etc, but if you add new word create new file "pt_PT_names_etc_user".

Thanks for info @marb99 :wink:

@ivandrofly

when above I say "does not correct all errors."

I will try to explain better.

if a subtitle with 1200 lines ex. has 20 times the word "compo" instead of "campo" for example.

the word spell checker in SE does not detect all 20 "compo" as errors and corrects some to "campo" and misses others without correcting all "compo" errors if I use the button "change all" or "Use always" of course.

Apart from this it does not detect all the errors that Ms word itself detects if we use it directly

I think I have explained better and thanks @ivandrofly :)
