4.06 combined bilingual subtitles, English is always on top #8491

Version 4.06 didn't work well, I went back to version 4.05. When combining bilingual subtitles, I want to default English to the bottom. When the timecode is all the same. In 4.05, when bilingual subtitles are boxed and dragged in, the last hovered subtitle before dragging in is at the top, which is what I want. But in 4.06, no matter which subtitle is hovered at the end, or if you add the top-ranked subtitle first, and then add the English, the end result is that the English is at the top.This is not what I want.

Could you add a few screenshots as I'm not really sure where and what you are doing?

First of all, thank you for all your hard work. I made a mistake. If you drag in separately, JA first, then EN. the ordering is also correct. But if multiple files are selected, the 4.05 is better. Example
