Point sync to another subtitle #8886

Hey, when I try to point sync to another subtitle the whole application just freezes. Can't click on anything, changing to another workspace in Arch renders the whole application invisible. Overall, the application lags behind a lot. Anyone have any insight on where to start debug this?
