Something weird is happening with the keystrokes in latest beta #9018

Hi, I'm getting keystrokes locked when typing in the text box. There's no better way to show you than with this video. This is happening with the latest beta 4.08.195. I downgraded to an old beta version (4.0.8.176) I had saved and this isn't happening.
