Italic issues #286

When a single word is marked as italic, the whole line is showed as italic. When the whole line is marked as italic, except a single word, the word disappears.

Lorsqu'un seul mot doit apparaître en italique, toute la ligne apparaît en italique. Lorsque la ligne doit être en italique sauf un seul mot, le mot disparaît complètement.

Using <i> tags in an SRT file, it seems to work:
