Feat: Add effects in our testimonials section #1048

Describe the feature

Every section, when opened, has some effects like animation, but the testimonials section is too simple. I want to add a hovering effect to the OUR TESTIMONIALS section. When hovered over, it will show some alignment and then display the icons. This will enhance the section.
